Court Services Bureau

The Court Services Bureau provides security and operational support to the courts of Calhoun County. Deputies assigned to this Bureau are responsible for maintaining security at the Calhoun County Courthouse and the Calhoun County Administration Building, ensuring the safety of all employees, patrons, and visitors.

The Bureau provides inmate security within the courthouse and conducts secure transports to and from court proceedings and other court-ordered destinations. Deputies also serve civil process issued by the courts, including summonses and subpoenas, and execute court-ordered evictions and other lawful directives.

In addition, the Court Services Bureau investigates and responds to potential threats directed toward judges, court personnel, or court facilities. Through these responsibilities, the Bureau helps ensure that court operations proceed safely and without disruption.
